Sudhanshu Chaudhary founded Cloudtrics with a clear understanding of what businesses actually need from technology, shaped by years of hands-on industry experience across multiple sectors. Having worked closely with ERP systems and the teams using them every day, he experienced firsthand the challenges that often come with traditional ERP implementations: complex systems that offer more features than businesses actually need, long implementation cycles that disrupt day-to-day operations, high costs and maintenance overheads that can be difficult for growing businesses, poor user adoption when software does not reflect how people actually work, and rigid workflows that force businesses to change their processes to fit the software.
